2. Principles
We process personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to individual processing activities, we also observe its requirements.
3. Hosting and server logs
When you access the website, the hosting provider may process technical data, including your IP address, date and time, requested page, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. This processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably, analyse errors and prevent misuse. The hosting provider is green.ch AG, Switzerland.
4. Contact and appointment booking
If you contact us by email or through linked platforms such as Discord or Instagram, we process the information you provide in order to respond and document the communication. External platforms are also subject to their respective privacy policies, and data may be processed outside Switzerland.
We link to Calendly for introductory-call bookings. Only when you open this external link and book an appointment will the contact and appointment details you enter be processed by Calendly under its privacy policy. Calendly is not embedded on this website. Data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
WordPress and the services used may place cookies that are technically necessary. Analytics, marketing or external-media cookies are used only in accordance with the website’s actual configuration. Before adding analytics tools, embedded YouTube videos, Discord widgets or comparable services, this policy must be updated and a consent solution implemented where required.
6. External links and social media
Links to Calendly, YouTube, Discord, Instagram, Trustpilot and other platforms lead to third-party services. Their privacy policies apply once you click a link. Where the website contains ordinary links rather than embedded content, no automatic connection is made through an embedded element on our website.
7. Disclosure abroad
International services may process data in countries whose level of data protection differs from that of Switzerland. Where required, appropriate safeguards or applicable legal exceptions are used.
8. Rights of data subjects
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data processed about you and ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or, in certain circumstances, deleted. Send requests to the email address above. We may request proof of identity to prevent misuse.
9. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. Completely secure transmission or storage cannot, however, be guaranteed.
10. Amendments
This privacy policy may be amended when the website, the services used or legal requirements change. The version published on this website is authoritative.
